Julie is an investment strategist within Active Equity (AE). Julie is responsible for institutional product strategy across both Systematic Active Equity and Fundamental Active Equity. Within this role Julie helps shape new product initiatives and drive large institutional mandates.
Prior to her role in AE, Julie was a member of BlackRock's Global Consultant Relations Group where she was responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with investment consultants and institutional investors. Ms. Ducharme's service with the firm dates back to 2011. Previously, she was a principal for Mercer Investment Management where she was responsible for delivering investment solutions and reporting on Mercer's investment strategies to clients. Prior to joining Mercer Investment Management in 2008, she was a senior manager researcher at Mercer where she rated investment managers across all major types of asset classes focusing on global strategies in currency, tactical asset allocation, and fixed income.
Ms. Ducharme earned a BA degree in Mathematics from Concordia University in 1998.
Robert is an Investment Specialist within the Emerging Markets and Asia Pacific Equities team. An employee since 2005, he is responsible for product management, portfolio management communications and client servicing across institutional and fund relationships. Robert has a B.S. in business administration with a concentration in financial analysis from the University at Albany, State University of New York and is a CFA charterholder. He also holds the Series 3, 7 and 63 licenses.
Brian is an investment specialist in the International Equity Group, based in New York. He is responsible for communicating investment performance, outlook and strategy to institutional and retail clients throughout North America. An employee since March 2011, Brian previously worked at the Bank of New York Mellon as a Relationship Manager and at AXA Advisors as a Financial Advisor. He obtained a B.A. in business economics and political science from Brown University and is a CFA charterholder.
